Vacancy for Temporary Administrator

Temporary Administrator role full time, temporary position.

Duration 3 months in Edinburgh.
Office based due to the remit, immediate start.
Salary £18,000 – £21,000 pa pro rata depending on experience.

Mapix technologies Ltd is looking for a temporary Administrator to fill an immediate vacancy. You will perform a range of marketing and sales administration tasks to prepare for forthcoming marketing campaigns. This will include development of the marketing database for email marketing, maintenance of the CRM system and lead list generation.

Working with the Commercial Director this is a hands-on role which will contribute to a new product launch in the Routescene brand and enable sales growth of Trackplot Ltd, a sister company:

Routescene create integrated 3D mapping solutions and software to capture and process LiDAR data. Used for survey and mapping, forestry, environmental, research and utility applications. www.routescene.com

Key responsibilities

• Marketing database management
• CRM management
• Lead list generation
• Assist with the compilation of online Help files
• Component cataloguing for production

This list is not exhaustive and you may assist with a range of tasks to develop the marketing campaigns.

Competencies

Willing to turn your hand to any task you will be practical, methodical and efficient. Attention to detail is important for all aspects of the role and CRM and email marketing platform experience is favourable.
